Frequent Questions

Thrive Education is a bespoke teaching agency whose key focus is to establish and maintain a genuine partnership between the settings that use it and the staff it places. This approach benefits both the schools and the Thrive teachers as assignments are always carefully matched and well thought out; after all no one gains from incompatible placements, least of all the pupils.

We recognise how crucial it is to take the time to talk to schools in a detailed way in order to gain a proper understanding of each setting’s unique characteristics, values, challenges, priorities and needs. This understanding is the bedrock of creating successful staffing solutions.

‘Rather than simply plugging gaps, Thrive Education expertly places professionals’

Thrive works with dynamic and highly motivated education professionals who are confident they can do a great job in their areas of expertise. Joining Thrive means becoming part of a select team of professionals all sharing the desire to make a positive impact regardless of the timeframe of the placement and feeling valued as an asset within an organisation where quality counts.

We take our safeguarding and clearance procedures very seriously. That’s why every candidate has a face-to-face interview and is subject to the following checks:

• Qualifications
• Teacher Regulation Agency Status and Prohibition Check
• Enhanced DBS
• Update Service
• Identity, address and eligibility to work in the UK
• Two references
