Thrive Education

Starting to think that all teaching recruitment agencies are the same? Let us tell you how we are different!

Founded by Ellis Jackson and his wife Jenny (a qualified Teacher and supply agency user), our mission is to use our combined experience in recruitment and teaching to offer a recruitment experience that rises above that offered by our competitors in an already crowded and established field.

Thrive Education is a bespoke teaching agency based in the south west whose key focus is to establish and maintain a genuine partnership between the settings that use it and the staff it places. This approach benefits both the schools and the Thrive Education teachers as assignments are always carefully matched and well thought out; after all, no one gains from incompatible placements, least of all the pupils.

We recognise how crucial it is to take the time to talk to schools in a detailed way to gain a proper understanding of each setting’s unique characteristics, values, challenges, priorities, and needs. Our understanding is the bedrock of creating successful staffing solutions.

‘Rather than simply plugging gaps, Thrive Education expertly places professionals’

Thrive Education works with dynamic and highly motivated teachers, teaching assistants, and early years practitioners who are confident they can do a great job in their areas of expertise. Joining Thrive Education means becoming part of a select team of professionals all sharing the desire to make a positive impact regardless of the timeframe of the placement and feel valued as an asset within an organisation where quality counts.

Whether you are a school looking for a transparent agency to work with or an Education professional looking for a career change; please contact us directly on the details here or book a designated time slot for a confidential chat with one of our consultants here. You can also reach out to us via our social media sites which are Twitter, Facebook & Linkedin
